TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE TERMS

All names, brands, trademarks and logos on the website are the property of Sustaina Company ApS in Denmark or its associated companies and partners. All names, brands, trademarks and logos are protected by copyright and/or registered trademarks and can only be used with permission from Sustaina Company ApS or the respective owner of such rights.

The content of the website such as text, graphics, icons, images, videos, audio files and software are the property of Sustaina Company ApS or their associated companies and partners. Downloading content from the website is only allowed for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep the copyright intact. You may not copy, republish or distribute content from the website for public or commercial purposes or otherwise use the copyrighted content without permission from Sustaina Company ApS or their associated companies and partners, as the case may be.

Sustaina Company ApS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the information on the website. However, you are always welcome to contact us, if you find incorrect information on the website. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The below terms and conditions shall apply to all orders placed by the customer (here in after referred to as ”you”) with Sustaina Company ApS “Sustainawear”, "Sustainalifestyle",  Frederik d. II´s Allé 107 8660 Skanderborg, Danmark CVR nr.: 39893738 to customers purchasing goods on our website and directly by our employee.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.sustainawear.com at the time you place your order.

 Conclusion of contract

A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and SustainaCompany when your order has been confirmed by SustainaCompany. SustainaCompany will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been confirmed. You will only receive one email, with all information and the product.

We will have the contract on our position, as long as we have obligation that we need to fulfil.

The contract will always be in English. If you have designed your own program, it can be made in Danish.

  

Prices, taxes and delivery

All prices are stated excluding of VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated in the SustainaWear online webshop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing of the order.

SustainaCompany reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated in the Sustainawear online shop. Furthermore, SustainaCompany reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes and/or other costs stated in the Sustainawear online shop at any time, e.g. due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices.

Please note that some banks do charge an extra overseas transaction fee. This fee is charged by the bank and will not be reimbursed by SustainaCompany. For more information, please contact your bank.

Sustaina Company ApS does not assist in VAT refund for the purchase of products from our online shop, which are exported outside of European Union by individuals or corporate customers.

The subscription fee will be withdrawn either on a monthly or yearly basis and can be un-subscribed any time before the next withdrawal is due. Once un-subscribed you will loose all access to the online content. 

Delivery

You will receive an e-mail, with your log in to our page. 

You are allowed to consume all of the online content as long as you are a paying member. Once you un-subscribe, you will loose access to your online content. 

You can download videos and audio for your OWN use. This may not be shared with anyone else or sold to a third party.

 

Right of withdrawal

When you order our products, you renounce your rights of cancellation. Because you will be given access right away.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will then loose access to all the online content. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial.

To cancel you write an email to us at: anne@sustainacompany.com and cancel your subscription. 

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice of the change(s) to you.

 Payment methods

Credit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. SustainaWear reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

 Customer complaints procedure

In case you disagree with our handling of your complaint, you have the option to contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Center for Klageløsning) and the Consumer Complaints Board in order to lodge a complaint.

 Please be advised that certain criterions have to be met in order for Center for Klageløsning and the Consumer Complaints Board can process your complaint. Liability

SustainaWear is not liable for any delays or for non-performance due to force majeure. For as long as a force majeure situation persists, SustainaWear is relieved from performance of its obligations.

SustainaWear's liability for any and all claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the good purchased by you.

SustainaWear assumes product liability vis-a-vis you under applicable law.
